Customer data is processed only to deliver the Services. Customer data is not used to train public AI models without written agreement.
Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where applicable.
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with the following sub-processors, which are essential to deliver the Services. All sub-processors are bound by contractual data protection obligations.

All customer documents and query data are processed and stored within the EU (europe-west1 region). Authentication tokens may be validated via global Google infrastructure but do not contain customer content.
We will notify customers of any material changes to our sub-processor list.
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

On account termination, data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period. Backups are purged on normal rotation cycles.
