1 Getting Started
- Open the Rheba link provided in your welcome email.
- Enter your email and the password sent to you.
- Tick the box to accept the Terms & Conditions, then tap Continue.
- You'll land on the main chat screen - you're ready to go.
Forgot your password? Tap "Forgot password?" on the login page and a reset link will be sent to your email.
2 Selecting Equipment
- At the top of the screen you'll see an Equipment dropdown - this is the single most effective way to get accurate results.
- Your manuals often contain very similar specifications across different machines. Selecting the specific equipment tells Rheba exactly which manual to search, so you get the right answer for the right machine.
- If Rheba can't find what you're looking for, it will open that equipment's manual directly so you can browse it yourself - helpful for checking whether the information exists in that manual or if you need to look elsewhere.
Pro tip: Experienced technicians always select their equipment first. Without it, Rheba searches across all manuals and could return a spec from a similar - but different - machine.
3 Asking a Question
- Type your question in the "Ask Rheba..." box at the bottom of the screen.
- Press Enter or tap the send button.
- Rheba searches your company's technical manuals and returns an answer with page references.
- If your question is unclear, Rheba may ask you to clarify before answering.
Be specific. "What is the torque spec for the main drive belt?" works better than "torque info".
Not getting the right answer? Try rephrasing your question. Use different terms, add more detail, or refer to the component by its full name. Small changes in wording can make a big difference to what Rheba finds.
4 Viewing Source Pages
- Each answer shows up to 5 manual pages that Rheba thinks are most relevant to your question, displayed directly below the answer.
- Swipe left/right (mobile) or use the Previous / Next buttons (desktop) to browse these pages.
- Tap "View Full Manual" to open the complete manual in a full-screen viewer. This gives you access to every page in the manual, not just the 5 selected ones - useful if you need to look at surrounding pages or find something Rheba may have missed.
- In the full viewer, use arrow keys or swipe to navigate pages. Press Esc to return to the chat.
5 Understanding Warnings
Low confidence warning: If Rheba flags an answer with a warning, it means the information may not be fully supported by the manuals. Treat it as a starting point - open the cited page and confirm the details before proceeding.
- Answers without warnings have been checked against your manuals automatically.
- If Rheba can't find an answer, it will take you to the most relevant page so you can check for yourself.
- Regardless of warnings, always verify safety-critical information (torque values, clearances, lockout procedures) against the source page.
6 Giving Feedback
- After every few questions, Rheba will ask "Was this helpful?"
- Tap Yes or No - it takes one second and helps improve future answers.
7 Install as an App
You can add Rheba to your home screen for quick access, just like a regular app.
iPhone (Safari):
1. Open Rheba in Safari (this won't work in Chrome on iPhone).
2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
4. Tap "Add" in the top-right corner. Rheba will appear on your home screen.
Android (Chrome):
1. Open Rheba in Chrome.
2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
3. Tap "Add to Home screen" (or "Install app").
4. Tap "Add" to confirm. Rheba will appear on your home screen.
